Client Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between AMZAccountRescue.com ("Company") and the client ("Client") who is the registered owner or authorised operator of the Amazon seller account for which reinstatement services are being engaged.

This Agreement becomes binding upon the Client's electronic or written acceptance and receipt of the Initial Fee payment.

The Company will provide the following services in connection with the Client's suspended Amazon seller account:

• Forensic investigation and root cause analysis of the suspension
• Drafting of a customised Plan of Action (POA)
• Communication management and appeal strategy with Amazon Seller Performance
• Up to 4 POA submissions included in the Initial Fee

The Client understands and acknowledges that reinstatement is determined solely by Amazon.com, Inc. The Company does not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes.

The Company will apply its best professional efforts, drawing on experience from 200+ prior cases. However, Amazon retains sole discretion over all reinstatement decisions and the Company has no control over Amazon's final determination.

For the engagement to proceed effectively, the Client agrees to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information and all requested documents within 24 hours of request
• Not contact Amazon Seller Performance directly during the engagement without prior agreement
• Not open any new Amazon seller accounts during the engagement period
• Grant the Company limited User Permission access to Seller Central for "Account Health" review only

Both parties agree not to disclose the other's business, financial, or case-specific details to third parties without consent.

The Company reserves the right to use anonymised case statistics for marketing and promotional purposes — for example: "Section 3 case, reinstated in 48 hours." No personally identifiable information will be used without explicit written consent.

The Initial Fee is non-refundable, as the Company begins forensic case analysis immediately upon payment. The Client's time and resource investment begins at signing.

The Company's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. The Company is not liable for lost sales, lost inventory, business interruption, or any consequential or indirect damages arising from the suspension or its outcome.

The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time. However, the Initial Fee is non-refundable for work already completed at the time of termination.

The Company may terminate immediately, without refund, if the Client provides false or forged documents, violates their obligations under Section 5, or engages in conduct that jeopardises the integrity of the appeal process.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through appropriate legal channels.
