All fees are charged in USD. Initial fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific fee structures are outlined in your Client Service Agreement.
All Plan of Action templates, standard operating procedures, email scripts, and other proprietary materials created or used by AMZ Account Rescue are our exclusive intellectual property.
You may not resell, distribute, publish, or share these materials with third parties without our express written consent.
AMZ Account Rescue shall not be liable for Amazon's reinstatement decisions, lost profits, lost sales, inventory losses, or any business interruption resulting from your account suspension or its outcome.
Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the preceding six months.
