At AMZ Account Rescue, your privacy matters. This policy explains exactly what data we collect when you use our reinstatement services, why we collect it, how it is stored, and your rights as a client. We never sell your data — full stop.

Data We Collect

When you engage our services, we may collect the following information:

We only collect what we need. All information gathered is strictly for the purpose of assessing and performing your account reinstatement — nothing more.

Why We Collect It

All data collected is used solely to perform our reinstatement services. This includes reviewing your suspension notice, identifying root causes, crafting your Plan of Action (POA), and communicating with you throughout the process.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your case.

How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely using encrypted Google Drive and Notion workspaces, accessible only to authorised team members handling your case.

Retention period: All case data is permanently deleted 90 days after your case is closed — unless you are enrolled in our ongoing Account Health Monitoring service, in which case data is retained for the duration of your subscription.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes.

The only instance in which your data is shared externally is when submitting your approved Plan of Action (POA) directly to Amazon — and this is done only with your explicit prior approval.

No data brokers. No advertisers. No exceptions. Your case information stays between you and our team.

We process your data on the legal basis of contractual necessity — i.e. the data is required to deliver the reinstatement service you have engaged us for.
